In 2013, one of Wittenberg's oldest Alumni Chapters established the Witt in Washington scholarship fund. This one-time award offers support for Wittenberg students who temporarily relocate to the Washington, DC area to work, study, and live as part of the Lutheran College Washington Semester program. Students not only participate in an internship, they also continue academic coursework in public policy and related areas.
The Witt in Washington scholarship is designed to offset the program costs that are required and assessed on top of the regular tuition and will provide up to $1,500 for students with financial need. Today, #Commit2Witt and join the many alumni from the D.C. area who annually support this fund so our students can can experience what it's like to be a part of the unique LCWS program!
